Sulmi ishte planifikuar të realizohej në momentin e ndërrimit të viteve, por ka qenë informacioni i mbërritur nga SHBA që shmangu tragjedinë.

Footage released by the FSB on Monday shows the security operation. "Based on information received from US partners, the FSB arrested two Russian nationals on December 27 who planned commit acts of terrorism during New Year's holidays in Saint-Petersburg", said the FSB in a statement.
